    ABOUT THE FREDERICTON MARATHON

 

The Fredericton Marathon (42.2km - 26.2 miles) attracts runners from across North America to Fredericton to enjoy the flat and fast course on the trails along the majestic Saint John and Nashwaak Rivers.

Participants in the other races, 5K Fun Run, 10K , Half-Marathon or Corporate Marathon Relay also have the opportunity to participate in one of the largest and most exciting running events in Atlantic Canada. They enjoy the same organization, support and excitement as the marathon.

Each of these events is unique and many runners return year after year to participate in one or another of these top-rated races.

The Fredericton Marathon is certified a Boston Marathon qualifier and the site of the Run New Brunswick 2010 Provincial Marathon Championships.
